From 2008 to 2011, the DOMAINE project worked on improving donor management practices throughout Europe. The two main project outcomes are the Donor Management Manual and the Donor Management Training Programme.

Donor Management Training Programme
The Donor Management Training Programme consists of a 2-day interactive training about donor management with a view to understanding the entire donor management process: all aspects in blood banking that involve the donor. The training programme addresses several topics, organised in five modules: the donor management process, donor data base management, donor marketing and communication, collection operations management and donor safety.
